All right I'm sorry for what I say in the following words because it does look good your drawing but unfortunately really does suck as a sword I get the split down the middle to catch weapons right well I'm sorry but it really does suck at being a sword and you could catch weapons with an angled cross guard and it's big a big blade is more of a detriment than a help that's why real historical swords have smaller blades because of the sheer weight of the blade will not allow you to pick it up not to mention a big fancy cross guard will also be a detriment it will inhibit your movement and also the same thing with the blade the weight you also don't want it spiky to would you want to get a spike in your hand no that doesn't seem comfortable same thing with the pommel it seems like the Pummel is really spiky that would be incredibly dangerous and the use of a pommel is to inhibit the users hand from slipping off the sword that's the main use of a pummel you can still make it decorative don't get me wrong you can still do that but still big blade not very good smaller blade good non big and spiky cross guard good spiky and big cross guard bad and I'm sorry for saying this but I'm looking at it through a scientific standpoint and not a artistic standpoint so if I ever offended you in anyway I am sorry doesn't mean it doesn't look good cuz it really does I do love the design from an artistic standpoint it looks phenomenal from an artistic standpoint and I applaud you for that except if you do want to use a scientific standpoint in step back for a minute and say how practical is this I'd encourage anyone to do that ask yourself can I fight with this can I use it and regular combat if the answer is no it probably be a sucky sword and you're not alone in this most fantasy swords suffer from this heavily and if you want to learn more on the subject go to a channel called shadiversity he takes a look at castles and other medieval subjects like medieval warfare and weaponry not to mention fantasy creatures as well
